I just realized I hadn't posted this here, but it's everywhere else.
To Hand book #2 in the Valley of Fire trilogy is now live.
Raconteur press is publishing it first as a three-part serial - just like they did with Misplaced.
After all three parts are out, they will follow with a full copy of the book, which will be in KU as well as paperback.
I don't have the picture or the link for the final full book release yet, obviously.

Enjoying the serial and awaiting the next installment like an addict. One question, however, who is Cecilia Morgan? Is she Chase's Aunt who was disfigured escaping the DPRS? If so has she come out of seclusion after his ascension to Emperor?
ReplyDeleteCecilia is Cecilia Milano from the Wolfhounds series. We find out at the end that she is the illegitimate daughter of one of the Morgan Princes (Hector Morgan). So that makes her a 'Morgan' and she married Andy (from Wolfhounds) who is an Earl. Her ancestry is now known to those who matter - so sending her would be a good low-key diplomatic move. She's related to the emperor, but not closely so it wouldn't be obvious to outsiders that something was up.
DeleteEnjoyed the 2 short stories, thought the price tag on the second one was a little steep for the length. But I paid it willingly and read it happily. Looking forward to complete 3rd book. It is well written and has a wonderfully developed storyline/plot.
