I'm just reading all of your POI books again and I have a suggestion/plea.
ReplyDeleteSome of the places of interest are a little bit confusing. Especially if you are not reading all of the parts directly one after another. It would be a great help if you could provide a simple map for the two main worlds (Saladin and Hillshire) just as a guidepost to what lies where.
I noticed it when I read POI-5 that I had trouble to sort all the city-names.
It doesn't need to be the work of an artist, more like the quickly scribbled map to explain some foreigner the way to the next gas station.
I know you are a busy man, so I don't demand anything but just humbly asks you.
If you don't have time or fancy for it, maybe some other follower of this blog can cobble something together.

You don't need to put them into your books.
Instead you could publish them on your homepage.

I would just count that as original art ;-)
