Just finished and I loved it. I really like the portal series, it’s a bit crunchier than your valens stuff and even the romances are more fleshed out.
I especially loved when the kids were travelling between worlds, something bout the locals that are less jaded compared to champions travelling between worlds ticks my boxes.
I’m glad William Armand talked you into writing the book. I really do think it’s your best series. Thanks for the book!
I also very much enjoy the Portals of Infinity series and the characters in it. If it is getting old for you as an author, maybe think about spinning off some stories featuring some of the great support characters from the series.

I intend to keep writing it, I've just been a bit consumed with the Valens Legacy series, so for the moment Portals will be one or two books a year.
